Services and amenities

What does Full Service Living mean?

At LEAD you enjoy every comfort and convenience. You can, for example, use on-demand services such as a cleaner, a florist or dry cleaning. And a caretaker is always there to welcome you and help.

What facilities does the building have?

As a resident, you can use a range of amenities. LEAD has two swimming pools, one of them on a roof terrace. There are also guest rooms for when friends or family come to stay, workspaces for when you need somewhere to focus, a private cinema and a gym. They are designed to bring comfortable living, working, relaxing and meeting together in one place.
